What you should know about yourself and what others should know about you
This is just a bit of fun but it could help you identify traits that help and hinder your working relationship with people. Knowing how you work best can be useful as it allows you to play to your strengths but having an awareness of how you work with others can provide you with the opportunity to adapt and develop when working with contrasting personality types.
Try the free MMDI test (based on the same concept as Myers Briggs) here. You can try to predict your results before you take the test to see if you are aware of your current traits and you can use the results to see if adapting your behaviours would enable you to develop more effective working practices and relationships.
